Here's how you can participate:

Simply send us your handwritten letter to your baby in heaven on a 5"x7"card—write only on the FRONT SIDE, with the card positioned horizontally and mail it to us. Please be sure to include your return shipping address.

Polly will then create an original art piece (in her style) inspired by your personalized message. This painting will be crafted in honor of your child and added to the Tribute & Aftermath traveling art exhibit and shared at public life-affirming events along with your handwritten letter (Your name will not be used—you will remain anonymous).

As a THANK YOU Gift, you will receive a signed print of the original artwork on fine art paper, providing a lasting memory and tribute of your baby. We kindly ask that you allow 4–8 weeks for turnaround after we receive your letter.

The original painting, along with its usage rights and copyrights, remains the property of Polly Lunetto Ministries.
The print you received is a gift for personal display only and may not be reproduced or used in any other way without written permission.

By participating in The Tribute Project and The Tribute & Aftermath Traveling Art Exhibit, I understand that the handwritten letter and the original artwork created in response to it will be shared publicly as part of a collective memorial experience. The exhibit exists to honor the life of your unborn baby or babies and the hearts that remember them, bring awareness of the devastating aftermath of abortion, and encourage compassionate conversation. Your name will remain anonymous.

I also understand that the original artwork may be professionally photographed and reproduced on canvas, paper, and select tangible products to help sustain the ministry and allow the traveling Memorial Art Exhibit to reach more communities. All artwork remains copyrighted to Polly Lunetto and may not be reproduced.
